Purpose

To contribute to the smooth distribution of safe and reliable agro-fisheries products and to the stabilization of the livelihood of people by maintaining reasonable prices Founding Reference: Local Public Enterprises Act, IBRD Loan Agreement, Establishment Ordinance (Municipal Ordinance of Seoul Metropolitan Government No. 1882)

Main projects

Management and operation of Agro-Fisheries Products Wholesale Markets established by the City Government
  • Establishment of a trading order Establishing a fair and transparent transaction order, supporting and supervising distribution employees
  • Improvement of the Distribution structure Designating and operating efficient transaction methods, stabilizing supply of agro-fisheries products
  • Sharing of Distribution Information Investigating, analyzing, researching, and providing distribution information such as the demand and price of agro-fisheries products, cultivating specialists in the research, education, and expertise of distribution
  • Safety & Quality Management Inspection of food safety, standardization of products, improving grading and packaging, keeping food fresh
Distribution of Agro-fisheries Products for the School Meal Service Project
  • School lunch Supplying environmentally-friendly and premium food for school meal service
  • Dietary ？ Food culture Education on dietary life and promotion of dietary culture

  • Logistic Center Promoting the competitiveness of middle and small supermarkets and traditional markets or installing and operating a distribution center for distributing agro-fisheries products
